TERMS AND CONDITIONS: POLAR ICE CREAM – POLAR GEEBITZ PROMOTION

1. Organiser: This promotion is organised by Polar Ice Cream (the “Organisers”) and is open to all persons residing in the Republic of South Africa, excluding directors, members, business partners, employees, sales agents, advertising agency staff, consultants of the Organisers, service providers, and their immediate family members (including but not limited to spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, and sisters).
2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on 10 April 2025 and is available while stocks last.
3. How to Qualify: Customers must spend R150 or more on any Polar Ice Cream products in a single transaction to qualify for 1 x free Polar Geebitz.
4. Redemption:
• The free Polar Geebitz must be claimed at the point of purchase, subject to availability.
• This offer is only valid at participating retailers.
• Limited to one free item per qualifying transaction.
5. Availability: The promotion is subject to stock availability.
6. Non-Transferable: The free item is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.
7. Changes to the Promotion: The Organisers reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability: The Organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in this promotion or from the acceptance or use of the free product.
9. Indemnity: By participating, all customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Polar Ice Cream, its employees, agents, and partners from any and all claims arising from their participation.
10. Promotion Law: This promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Privacy: Customer information will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.
