Akhona
Akhona joined the Polar family in 2016 as a General Worker on the production floor. During the off-peak season, he had the opportunity to assist our maintenance crew, sparking his passion for the operational side of extrusion machinery. Recognizing his potential, we provided training, and by 2017, he was promoted to Machine Operator! 👏
But Akhona’s journey didn’t stop there. In 2018, when a supervisor position opened up, he seized the opportunity—and by the end of the year, he was leading a team of 14!
Today, Akhona continues to excel, overseeing our Extrusion and Catering Divisions and proving that dedication and hard work pave the way for success. 🌟
